ABOUT US
Project Aashray caters to the financial, cultural, moral, medical and other needs of widows and female destitute. The Trust provides monthly rations as well as moral, cultural and educational support to make them self reliant and financially independent. The Trust also organizes various professional and self-development courses, encouraging them to learn skills that will support them all through life.

The Trust supports widows and their families by helping them learn activities that can sustain them in the long run such as tailoring or typing, the Trust ensures that the widows create a better future for themselves and their children. The Trust works hard to help make the women self-reliant and encourages them to look outwards, beyond their suffering and pain to a life filled with hope and a future with opportunities to make a difference to their children's lives.
The Trust provides food and nourishment on a regular basis; it educates them and inculcates a feeling of brotherhood, social health and a spirit of cooperation. The Trust has been conducting various workshops for moral upliftment and vocational guidance to enable the orphans to make a decent living when coupled with basic education. The Trust also provides orphans with shelter and an opportunity to learn. The shelter facilities keep the orphans with a roof over their head, away from negative influences of the world and teach them to distinguish between good and bad.
